$1.50 a mile (if we are going back to pick up rentals we charge mileage there and back)

15% installation fee on all services calculated before delivery fee is applied. If your event is on a larger scale the installation fee will go up.

For any event that is 40 miles from Justin, Texas, there is a minimum service requirement of $500 before delivery and set up fee.

I’d say it’s best to book at least 2 months in advance to ensure I have your date available, but as long as time permits I’ve taken plenty of last minute events. Again I do recommend for you to secure your date in advance.

Yes, I require a deposit of 30% of your total in order to secure your date. This will go towards you remaining balance which must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the event.

Deposit is non refundable, if there is bad weather and the event is outdoors please have a backup plan. If there is not an indoor option due to bad weather we can move your services to another day that coordinates with my availability for the new date.

If you would like your balloons spiked there is a fee that starts at $50 depending on how big the install is and how far the event is. If I am picking up backdrops please be sure to indicate if you would like me to spike the balloons. If not be sure to pop the balloons before I arrive or I will remove the balloons from the panels and set the balloons aside on site.
